Choosing
What size should I choose?
Small for dogs up to 15 lb, Medium for 15–44 lb, Large for 44 lb and up. If your dog is a power chewer, go one size up. Our quiz does this for you in about a minute.
What is the difference between the flavours?
The chew is identical. Natural is just milk, salt and lime juice. Strawberry, Blueberry, Pumpkin and Mint add a natural flavour and nothing else. Most dogs are not fussy; people usually pick by smell.
My dog is between two sizes. Which one?
The bigger one. A chew that is slightly too large is safe. One that is slightly too small is not.
The chews
What is in them?
Cow milk, yak milk, salt and lime juice. Flavoured chews add a natural flavour. No preservatives, no additives, no grain, no gluten, no smoke.
How long does one last?
From a couple of days for a power chewer to two or three weeks for a gentle nibbler. Putting the chew away between sessions makes the biggest difference. Full answer here.
Do they smell?
Very little. That is the main reason people move to them from dried meat chews and bully sticks.
Are they vegetarian?
Yes — there is no meat in them. They are not vegan: they are a dairy product.
Safety
Are they safe for puppies?
Not under four months. From four months, short ten-minute sessions with close supervision.
My dog has bad teeth. Can they have one?
No. A dense hard chew needs healthy teeth. Please ask your vet what they suggest instead.
When do I take it away?
At about 1.5 inches / 4 cm, when the piece is small enough to swallow. Then turn it into a puff rather than throwing it out.
How many a week?
About one for most dogs. Treats should stay under roughly 10% of daily calories.

A warehouse in Texas. Orders leave within 1–2 business days and standard US delivery takes 2–5 business days.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet.
What if my dog will not touch it?
Give your dog 30 days. If they turn their nose up at it, email us and we will refund your order in full — no explanation needed and nothing to send back. One refund per household.refund policy.
Something arrived damaged or missing.
Get in touch within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
