High in the Himalayas, families have made hard cheese from yak and cow milk for generations. We use the same traditional recipe to make a chew dogs can work on for hours.
Each chew is made from just a few ingredients, pressed into a dense bar and slowly air-dried for 4 to 12 weeks. Never smoked, with no preservatives or artificial additives.

Warm, earthy, and golden right through
Turmeric is the one people pick up and smell twice. It is warm and a little peppery, closer to a spice drawer than a fruit bowl, and the colour runs all the way through the chew rather than sitting on the surface.
Real turmeric is blended into the curd before pressing, which is why it does not rub off on your hands or on the carpet.
Underneath it is the same chew as every other Yakkuna: yak and cow milk, curdled with lime juice, salted, pressed and air-dried for four to twelve weeks. Never smoked. Nothing added afterwards.
An honest note: people ask whether turmeric helps with joints or stiffness. We are not going to claim that. There is no meaningful amount here, and a chew is not a supplement. If your dog is stiff or sore, that is a conversation for your vet. The turmeric is here for the aroma and the colour.
